Recipe from here.

Ingredients:

Base:
- 200gm plain sweet biscuits
- 95gm butter, melted

Filling:
- 112gm caster sugar
- 250gm cream cheese, softened
- 1 large egg
- 62ml lemon juice
- 125ml thickened cream

Topping (I didn't prepare this):
- 188ml thickened cream
- 1 tbspn caster sugar

18cm x 28 cm slice pan

My lemon juice is press from lemon.
Because I can't find lemon juice ==lll

The base
1. Use blender - crush biscuits
2. Combine crushed biscuits with melted butter and firmly pressed into the base of pan.

Tada...

Filling
1. Place sugar, cream cheese and egg in food processor/blender..
2. Process on low speed to break up the cream cheese. Increase speed and process until completely smooth.
3. Add lemon juice and cream and process until combined.

Tada...

Pour cheesecake mixture over base and bake for about 22-27 minutes at 170 degree.

The slice should not have browned at all and will stay pale lemon color. *oppsss...*
It will be wobbly when shaken.
Remove from oven and allow to cool in the pan at room temperature for about 30min. Refigerate until cold.
-attemption number 2 failed. surface is brown = overcooked (T.T)-
