Naughty Piglets @ Kepong

New shop at Jalan Metro Perdana, Kepong.
I googled and Mr. Google leads me to Naughty Piglets London.
Is this the branch from London? I've no idea. But I don't think so.
Green Apple Lemongrass. RM10. Hrm.. not nice for us.
Naughty Piglet Char Grilled Pork Chop. RM22.
Apparently this is one of their recommended choice. Good choice.
Pork Bolognaise Spaghetti. RM19.80. Nothing to shout about.
Crispy Pork Belly Roulade. RM25.
This dish takes time to be served. The skin was crispy. However, overall not too impressive.

Fish Farm Thai @ Hulu Langat

Heard about this place for quite some time ago but have yet to come until last month.
Surprisingly it was not crowded.
The set-up was OK. Not too warm although the sun is scorching hot.
The menu consists of seafood and Thai food which is our favourite!
Ginger chili lala RM16. Okok only.
Kerabu Mango RM12. Not bad.
Paku belacan RM10
Udang sambal petai RM21. Not bad.
BBQ Tilapia RM41.60. I still prefer the one from Semenyih fish village.
1.5kg crabs RM147
Seafood tomyam RM25. This is good.
BBQ Oyster RM5 each.
Jelly birthday cake specially from mom and dad  :)

Total bill came up as RM420.25 which was shocking as we've never ate such an expensive meal! But considering the amount of foods we ordered.. it was still acceptable. Furthermore, the major contributor for the expensive bill was the crabs. Food tasted normal for me. But the tomyam was really good. Not too spicy and not too sour. Overall, good experience.

Chicken soup.
Mojo Chicken RM38.05
Not bad. Portion was too big for me.
Shrimp & Salmon Piccata RM59.25
The rice was good. The prawns was fresh. Portion was big.
The heavy meal end with complimentary dessert.
Was not able to finish this anyway.

The Fat Fish, Desa Park City

It's been awhile since we went to Desa ParkCity. And there is this new restaurant came in!
Serving fresh seafood, the Japanese style.
We had one piece of oyster. RM16.50
Oyster was very fresh. Good! But quite expensive.
Salted egg duck pasta RM30. This did not taste good for us. Salted egg with pasta seems does not match.
Aglio Olio Crab RM28. I wish  the crab meat was in whole instead of shredded. And it was too spicy for me as well.
We add on Salmon Sashimi RM20. Sashimi was fresh and was comparable to the one we tried in NZ.

Imperial Seafood Restaurant @ Kota Kinabalu

Annual business trip to KK. This time, the Uber driver introduce us to this restaurant. It is located behind the famous Welcome Seafood. And he claimed that the foods here taste better and cheaper in price too.
All the seafood are still alive in aquarium before you decided to pick them out, be cooked and placed into your stomach.
We tried stone fish as introduce by the Uber driver. Muddy appearance, rough skin.. we wonder is it edible. Price at RM10/kg.
Our fish weigh 750gm, thus cost us RM75.
Portion was small after all the skin been removed out. Guess the skin does carries a lot of weight.
After finish been eaten by us. Noticed that the bone was green in color!
When it comes to seafood, how can we not order crabs! RM50/kg. The salted egg gravy was really really tasty. However, it did not satisfied my craving for crabs as the size was too small for me.
Their special fried rice which consists of crab meat and fish eggs. RM25 for 3 person portion. Yummy!
Giant lala. RM30 for 500gm. The sweet and spicy gravy was really tasty too.
Stir-fried vegie. This is normal only.
Butter prawn. RM60/kg. Again, the gravy was excellent!

To compare this restaurant with the one behind it, I would cast my vote for this restaurant. All the gravy was excellent, seafood was fresh and price was reasonable.
